Okay so recently, I just handed in an History Essay thats worth 6% of my mark. I managed to get in done in two weeks, and just yesterday I got it back with a 0% because he believes its plagerism. I then showed him the original copy from where I got the information from, and he still says its plagerism. I'm thinking of taking this issue with the principal.

No, he isn't really being fair with it, I think he should point out what is plagiarism and what isn't plagiarism.
Is it my right to have another chance?
Well, I'm kind of torn between this one, I think teachers have the right to say "No" for students to have another chance to re-do it and I also believe students have the right to re-do the essay to get a better grade.

Yeah, if you think it's completely unfair of him to do that, and not give you any proof to why he thinks or knows it's plagiarism, I mean teachers shouldn't leave their students in the dark.

No, i think he doesnt know what plagiarism is. For him to accuse you out of the blue is atrocious/

Yes, even if some of your words may not be 100% original, you still deserve a chance to prove yourself.

Yes, overall it is your mark, the principals school and your teachers opinion. YOU have the right to put matters in a higher power than your teacher.

No, absolutely not. Would it be right to arrest him because you "think" he sells drugs? or is it ok to punch someone because you "think" they said something behind your back?

Do you think he's being fair? No, certainly not. He should point out what is plagerism, and what isnt.
Is it my right to have another chance? Yes you deserve another chance, nobody can accuse you for doing something they didnt do.
