You can make a thread, and have people submit what they want to listen too, and take requests one by one. I guess that's how you can take requests. :p

Just take requests from everybody like if i say, Play Dj ravine, You play it. And that way people will like what there listening to.

Why don't you just be a mod and let one one of the people that don't have a position do it?

It depends on who's capable enough to be a DJ and who has all the correct material in order to be one, so who ever has further experience and knowledge in being a DJ would most likely be selected in spite of what position, they hold on the forums.
