I recently bought my copy of Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls for my PC, since UnScape's absence, I have been terribly bored and I decided to get an RPG to tend to. Oblivion is possibly one of the best games I have ever played. Graphics are amazing, and the skills are beyond intense.

I might make a dedicated section here for those other Oblivion Gamers, just to talk about the game, mods, and updates. This game has alot of potential, and I hope that maybe someone in these forums has at least the PC version or the console version.

This is basically the verdict:

Graphics: 10/10
Gameplay: 10/10

Overall Verdict: BUY IT.

Sounds Appealing, I might go look for it on the Net instead of practically purchasing it though in the store, seeing as I'm that lazy. :p

My friends from school have it, they say its AMAZING, never stop blabbering about it.

Lets just say this, its UnScape on Steroids for about 10,000 years.

I saw a video with mods of Sephiroth and cloud. It doesn't seem that appealing graphics. All you do is you walk around with a sword right all up in your face and click a button and it swings the sword. :/ Compared to FF7 Advent children - Complete I would say this is crap. Sorry but no offence.

Complete came out yesturday. It's pretty fucking epic. You need blue ray JUST to see that movie and that move's anime meaning THATS how crazy the graphics are. Its just like GRAPHIC NAZI FTW

You cant just formulate an opinion off a video, you actually have to play it before you make an opinion that you just did.

And Athena, its probably cheaper on the net in stores, as in Canada its starting at 20$ where you can probably find it on the net for even cheaper.

I agree, under no circumstances support your point of view, of a game off a video or picture, it's bad judgement, and you'll usually miss the opportunity to play what can potentially be a good game. =/

oblivion has no monthly fee...and brad and all those who have heard of it m sorry but i just didnt find it appealing to me i have it on xbox 360 and it sucks but i found sometihing to fill the void on xbox 360 any one tried fable..or fable 2...AMAZING GAMES!!!

I have it for my PC, if you like RPG's or if any of you have heard of Morrowind.. its based on that storyline. And Funky, I respect your opinion, because you actually played it

I know this is old, but I just bought my copy of Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls IV, for my 360. For some reason, I get pretty far, and it resets me.
I got the Game of the Year edition (2006), which came with Knights of the Nine, and Shivering isles (Other games made by the makers of Oblivion. It's really fun in my opinion.

Oblivion is really kool. i just got it and im only just out of the sewers. sofar im happy. the terain graphics could be a little better though.
